Cabela's Loaded Venison Queso

Ingredients:
- 1 small onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 jalapenos
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves
- 16oz Velveeta
- 8oz cream cheese
- 7oz gouda
- 7oz pepperjack
- 2Tbsp olive oil
- salt/pepper
- ½lb ground venison
- 2Tbsp Cabela's Seasoning (we used Mesquite Chipotle)
- 15oz black beans
- 28oz diced tomatoes & green chilies
- milk
Process:
- Prep Ingredients: Slice & dice onion and red pepper, mince jalapenos (remove stems and seeds), chop cilantro, cut Velveeta and cream cheese into 1" cubes, and shred gouda and pepperjack.
- Heat 2Tbsp olive oil over medium to high heat
- Add 1/2lb ground venison and 2Tbsp Cabela's Seasoning. Cook venison completely, then reduce heat to low.
- Add black beans, tomatoes & green chilies, Velveeta, gouda, pepperjack and cilantro. Cook for 30 minutes
- Mix ingredients and add milk to thin. Cook for 10 minutes
- Serve with chips of choice and enjoy!
