The first guest on the show will be Bob Foth, National Paralympic Shooting Team Coach. Bob began shooting competitively in 1972 and is a three-time Olympian in rifle.  He was part of several world champion teams and set six world records. He joined the USA Shooting staff as Youth Programs and Coach Development Manager in 2006 and assumed his current role as National Paralympic Shooting Team Coach/Manager in April 2009.

Bob's primary duties as Paralympic Coach and Program Manager include preparing elite disabled shooters to compete in national and international competitions. He also works with the National Rifle Association, U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit and other organizations on programs for disabled shooters to build a pipeline for athletes who wish to pursue the Paralympic dream. Bob has developed a comprehensive program that includes recruiting, competitions, administration as well as the Resident Athlete program.

Also joining the show will be Paralympic shooting competitors Tammy Delano, Jazmin Almlie-Ryan, and McKenna Dahl. Tammy Delano is 42 years old and was born with the birth defect Spina Bifida.  She uses a wheelchair for mobility. She is a member of the National Paralympic Shooting Team.  2016 will be her first Olympics, after only 6 years of training.  She lives and trains at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Jazmin Almlie-Ryan has been preparing for 5 years to represent the United States at the 2016 Summer Paralympic Games. In the past year she has trained and participated in several international competitions so that she can be ready to face the stiffest competitors in the world.   She earned her Olympic Quota position during the international competition at Ft Benning, Georgia.

McKenna Dahl is a 19 year old student athlete. She graduated high school in 2014 with her associate degree in hand. A week after graduation, McKenna became a resident athlete at the Olympic Training Center. She has been a member of the National Paralympic Shooting Team since late 2014.
